WA SCREEN AWARDS

Recently GSH was nominated in the WA Screen awards, Western Australia's very own film awards. We were up for Best Short Animation, and though we didnt win, (Bested by our friend Khrob and his Film "Chat Nior",) we were honoured just to be in the running.

So to the Cast and crew of GSH, i offer a humble and thoughtful thanks for your help in bringing gate street together...

I couldn't have done it without you.

Desperado 2185

one of our Projects is getting a small makeover over the next weeks including some re-releases of existing Animation. Here is a preview of some 3D Game Models for Desperado 2185.

Unit 6 and Gaspok in all their untextured low-poly glory.

Part of the challenge rebuilding the original level that we built all the way back at FTI's CADSA (center for advanced digital screen animation.) program in 2001, is that we are using the Torque engine, rather than the Unreal Engine and the conversion of a lot of those original max files.

Additionally for those in the know, Gaspok has changed colour from blue, due to a certain recent James Cameron movie. ;)

Increasing the Stable - the coming Weeks

For those of you who've been following the growth of Junglecat Films you may have noticed the 'About us' tab. Angie and I have added our crew to the page so you can see our talented animators and we have been joined by some equally talented creative members. Nicole and Teck bring some heavy skills to the Junglecat Stable and along with them comes some fantastic projects. Tiki the Weasel, Extreme Suzie and D.O.U.G are some great series concepts and you will see us doing things with each of those in the next few months. Additionally look out for our Live action short Film 'Salvage' as we go into development in the near future.

Additionally I'm cutting together a showreel to show you all what we can do!
